FIRM PARTNER NAMED IN TOP 50 OF PITTSBURGH'S 2008 PENNSYLVANIA SUPER LAWYERS
David W. Lampl among those who received highest point totals in a special supplement of Law & Politics Magazine
PITTSBURGH, PA - June 6, 2008 - Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC is proud to announce that David W. Lampl was among those honored as the Top 50 lawyers of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2008.
Lampl and two other Leech Tishman attorneys were recognized as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, an honor only received by the top 5 percent of Pennsylvania lawyers. Lampl was recognized among those receiving the highest point totals in the nomination, research and blue ribbon review process.

David Lampl chairs the firm’s bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice group. Mr. Lampl played a major role in numerous national cases and has served as lead counsel in a significant number of complex cases on behalf of banks, creditors' committees and debtor companies. Mr. Lampl also received the highest AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell’s Peer Review program.
Steven Irwin chairs the firm's employment and government relations practice groups. He joined Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC as a partner in 2001. Steve focuses his practice on civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment, securities, construction and contract matters, unfair competition, trademark disputes, government investigations and other business issues.
Ted Tishman co-founded the firm with Anthony P. Leech in 1994. Ted today chairs the estate planning & administration practice, and also applies his cross-disciplinary experience in the firm’s corporate & real estate and tax law practice areas.
