PITTSBURGH, PA – January 8, 2008 - Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC (LTFL) a full-service business law firm, recently promoted two associates to partner positions.  William A. Buck and Kenneth C. Foltz, Sr. became partners, effective January 1, 2008.

William A. Buck is a member of the corporate & real estate, taxation, and estate planning & administration practice groups. He joined the firm in 1999. Bill's work spans corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights, federal and state taxation and estate planning.

Kenneth C. Foltz, Sr. joined Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl in 2007. His practice focuses on assisting a wide range of commercial clients with respect to: property and building sales and acquisitions; industrial, office and residential developments; zoning and planning compliance; mid-to-large scale leases; and loan transactions.
