Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl Promotes and Appoints Partners

PITTSBURGH, PA – January 25, 2007 - Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC (LTFL) a full-service business law firm, recently named a senior partner to the firm’s management committee and promoted two associates to partner positions.  Manning (Jim) J. O’Connor II was named to the management committee, and Alisa N. Carr and David J. DelFiandra became partners, effective January 1, 2007.

Manning (Jim) J. O’Connor II joined the firm in 2005. He is an experienced trial attorney with special emphasis in the areas of commercial disputes, employment issues, and healthcare litigation.

Alisa N. Carr is a member of the firm’s litigation and employment practice groups. She joined the firm in 2003. Alisa’s practice includes litigation, arbitration and mediation before federal and state courts, administrative and regulatory agencies and private arbitrators.

David J. DelFiandra is a member of the estate planning and administration, taxation and employment groups. He began his career at LTFL in 1997 while in law school and joined the firm in 2000 as an attorney.
