Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl's offices are located in Downtown Pittsburgh on the 30th floor of 525 William Penn Place, between Fifth Avenue and Oliver Avenue. The building is directly across from the Union Trust Building and a short walking distance from the Allegheny County Courthouse, the United States District Court and United States Bankruptcy Court.
The Mellon Garage is the most convenient parking garage and is located to the right of the building, across from the William Penn Hotel.

From the East: From the Pennsylvania Turnpike, take Exit 57 to 376W (the Parkway East). Follow 376W toward Pittsburgh and take the Grant Street Exit, Exit 1C on the left. From Grant Street, turn left onto Sixth Avenue, go one block and make a left onto William Penn Place. Leech Tishman’s offices will be one block on the right.
From the North: From 79S take 279S toward Pittsburgh. Follow 279S across the Veterans Bridge then bear right off the bridge ramp and follow the signs to Seventh Avenue and the Convention Center. At the stop sign, turn right onto Seventh Avenue, keeping in the left lane. Cross through the light at Grant Street. Turn left at the next light onto William Penn Place. The Leech Tishman offices will be two blocks on the right.
From the South and West: Take 279N (the Parkway West) toward Pittsburgh. Follow 279N through the Fort Pitt Tunnel. Take the Boulevard of the Allies/Liberty Avenue Exit, Exit 6B, toward Mellon Arena, staying on Liberty Avenue as you come down the ramp. Take a slight right at the light onto Sixth Avenue. Turn right onto William Penn Place. The Leech Tishman offices will be two blocks on the right. |
