Ann C. Bertino is a member of the firm’s employment practice group, focusing on employee benefits. Ann has over thirteen years of experience advising clients - including plan sponsors, plan trustees, fiduciaries and third-party administrators in the ERISA aspect of employee benefit programs. She has consulted on qualified defined benefit, savings, profit-sharing and money purchase plans; welfare benefits plans (e.g. medical, life, disability, educational assistance, and severance) as well as fringe benefit programs.
