Environmental Law. Jon has represented clientele in a broad range of environmental and real property matters,
including coal and Marcellus Shale gas leasing, negotiating and drafting options and drilling agreements, insurance
settlements, and multiple party cost-recovery agreements for remediation of environmental contamination. Jon
has also advised clients respecting permits, environmental compliance, PADEP and local regulatory proceedings,
and complex multi-party stock and asset sale transactions. |

real estate and commercial transactions, with significant experience in negotiating and drafting partnership
agreements, loan agreements, deeds, residential and commercial leases, and property sale and purchase
