Steven D. Irwin chairs the firm’s employment and government relations practice groups and is a member of the litigation practice group. He joined the firm as a partner in 2001. Steve’s practice focuses on business matters, with an emphasis on non-profit and for-profit entities, governmental bodies and high-level management, defending or asserting allegations of fraudulent conduct. He was appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Edward Rendell to the Pennsylvania Securities Commission in 2007, and currently chairs the Federal Legislation Committee of the North American Securities Administrators Association.
