2014 State Minimum Wage Increases

Effective January 1, 2014, several states have increased the minimum wage rates effective within their borders. Click here for a list of states. The minimum wage rate in Pennsylvania has not changed, and remains at $7.25/hour.

Listed here are also the current federal minimum wage rates.

It is important to note that some local governments have also enacted certain minimum wage rates. Employers must ensure they comply with those minimum wage rate laws as well.
