Leech Tishman Lawyers Participate in Hong Kong Trade Development Council Mission in New York City

William F. Bresee, A. Bruce Bowden, Jonathan S. Gaynin and Brett Mankey Attend “Think Asia, Think Hong Kong” Technology Networking Event

PITTSBURGH, PALeech Tishman partners William F. Bresee and A. Bruce Bowden, as well Jonathan S. Gaynin and Brett P. Mankey, both Counsel to the firm, recently attended the “Think Asia, Think Hong Kong” technology trade mission and networking event hosted by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in New York City on June 11, 2013.

“Think Asia, Think Hong Kong” was the largest HKTDC promotional event ever staged in the U.S. A delegation of 21 Hong Kong companies traveled to key cities in the East and West coasts during the month of June in order to seek partnership opportunities with US ICT (information, communication and technology) and digital entertainment firms. The mission spotlighted the unique advantages Hong Kong offers for U.S. companies that are looking to Asia, especially China, for business opportunities.  Over 1,200 people attended the New York event, taking part in many networking opportunities with companies and business associations. Attendees heard from various prominent business and government leaders about how Hong Kong can help American companies reach the world’s fastest-developing markets.
