PITTSBURGH, PA – On October 18, 2012, Leech Tishman partner Sally Griffith Cimini will be moderating a panel discussion at the upcoming Mediation Council of Western PA (MCWP) Conflict Resolution Day 2012 program. The panel, comprised of Lou Kushner, Ann Begler and John Noble, will discuss “The Techniques of Pittsburgh’s Master Mediators.”

Conflict Resolution Day was conceived in 2005 by the Association for Conflict Resolution to promote awareness of mediation, arbitration, conciliation and other creative, peaceful means of resolving conflict; promote the use of conflict resolution in schools, families, businesses, communities, governments and the legal system; recognize the significant contributions of (peaceful) conflict resolvers; and obtain national synergy by having celebrations happen across the country and around the world on the same day.

Sally Griffith Cimini serves as the current President of the MCWP. A partner at Leech Tishman, Sally is Chair of Leech Tishman’s Alternative Dispute Resolution and Employment Practice Groups and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. With over 25 years of experience devoted exclusively to counseling and litigating on behalf of private and public sector employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, from hiring through termination, Sally is highly regarded for her experience in the areas of employment law and alternative dispute resolution.
