David Weicht is a partner in and co-chair of the litigation practice group. Mr. Weicht has successfully litigated many types of complex commercial cases, including contract, real estate, insurance coverage, estates, construction, commercial leases, and shareholder disputes. Mr. Weicht has significant experience in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
