Hires New Associates



PITTSBURGH, PA, February 2, 2006- Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC (LTFL), a full-service corporate law firm, is pleased to announce Christopher Williams and Christopher Boyer have joined the firm as associates.

Christopher Boyer joins the firm as a member of the bankruptcy and creditors' rights practice group.  His prior bankruptcy work includes debtor representation in Chapter 11 bankruptcies and creditors’ rights issues.  Prior to entering the practice of law, Christopher worked for a high-tech company in Sacramento, California where he was actively involved in every aspect of the company’s operations as annual revenues leapt from $7 to $100 million in just six years.  Additionally, he worked as a tax consultant for public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche.  Christopher graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1998.

Christopher Williams adds his experience to the firm’s growing Corporate and Real Estate practice group. Before joining LTFL, Christopher worked as an associate in both a large Pittsburgh law firm and a small boutique firm.  Christopher has experience with mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance, private securities offerings, venture capital financing and general corporate law.  In addition to his legal experience, Christopher also worked as a middle-market investment banker.  Christopher graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2001 where he served as Lead Executive for the school’s Journal of Law and Commerce.  Christopher is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
