Acquires Evans Stanek LLC
Expansion Augments The Firm’s Corporate Practice Group
PITTSBURGH, PA, November 8, 2004 - Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC, a full-service corporate law firm, has acquired Evans Stanek LLC, a Pittsburgh law firm focusing on corporate transactional and real estate law. The
acquisition will enhance the firm’s growing Corporate Practice Group and provide clients with added capabilities for a broad range of legal and business counsel, including business transactions, financing, business formation,
technology and software licensing and complex real estate matters.
Jon E. Evans and Martin J. Stanek, the two principals of Evans Stanek, join the firm as partners, adding to the depth and diversity of services provided to Leech Tishman’s clients. Both partners have had previous experience as corporate executives
and lawyers with a large, national law firm, bringing hands-on experience to dealing with both legal and business issues.

Mr. Evans, whose practice is focused on business transactions, corporate counseling and real estate matters, has represented a wide variety of clients ranging from large international corporations to small businesses and individuals. He has experience
in working with businesses in many industries, including broadcasting, utilities, hospitality, automotive, technology, communications, construction, food and beverage processing, franchising, professional services and real estate. He also served as the
Vice President and General Counsel of AquaSource, Inc., a diversified, multi-state water and wastewater utility company.
Mr. Stanek’s career has focused on emerging and growth businesses, with experience in information technology transactions, technology licensing, work-for-hire issues, mergers and acquisitions, asset-based transactions, business formation, shareholder
issues, commercial lending, private placement equity investment transactions, executive employment, corporate reorganizations and commercial real estate leasing. He also served as Vice President – Administration of AquaSource, Inc., where he was
responsible for legal, environmental and human resources matters affecting the company.
