PITTSBURGH, PA - September 9, 2005 -Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC (LTFL) a full-service corporate law firm, welcomes Manning J. "Jim" O'Connor II and Douglas
C. Hart. The addition of Mr. O’Connor and Mr. Hart adds to the depth and diversity of services provided to LTFL’s clients.

Mr. O’Connor, whose practice is focused on commercial disputes, employment issues and health care litigation, has represented a wide variety of clients, and he has experience in working with businesses in many industries.
Mr. O’Connor has had previous experience with small, medium and large law firms, bringing hands-on experience to dealing with complex litigation issues. Mr. O’Connor is an adjunct professor of law at Duquesne University
School of Law, and was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2005 (Philadelphia Magazine).

Before joining LTFL, Mr. Hart, a CPA, worked in the financial sectors of health care institutions such as UPMC and Highmark. He will continue to use this cross-disciplinary experience to better serve the firm’s clients.
