Reinsel & Weicht
Second Acquisition in Recent Months Enhances Litigation Practice
PITTSBURGH, PA, April 27, 2005 - Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC, a full-service corporate law firm, announces the acquisition of Reinsel & Weicht, LLC, a Pittsburgh-based commercial litigation law
firm. The acquisition enhances the firm's commercial litigation practice group, providing clients with additional expertise in the areas of contract, real estate, insurance coverage, construction, employment and securities law. Last
October, Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC acquired Evans Stanek, LLC to bolster its corporate and real estate practice.
Steven M. Reinsel and David V. Weicht, the founders of Reinsel & Weicht, LLC, join the firm as partners, adding to the sophistication and range of services available to Leech Tishman's clients. Both new partners are experienced
trial attorneys, having successfully litigated a variety of complex commercial disputes in state, federal and appellate courts.
Prior to forming Reinsel & Weicht, Mr. Reinsel practiced for several years with Kirkpatrick & Lockhart in the firm's litigation practice group. Mr. Weicht has argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Pennsylvania
Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Superior Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.
