Leech Tishman is pleased to welcome attorney Arthur D. Martinucci to the firm as Partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Art represents public and private sector employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including civil rights, wrongful termination, workplace harassment and discrimination, hostile work environment, and breach of contract cases. His clients include municipal governments and authorities, school districts, police departments, private and publicly traded corporations, religious organizations, insurance companies, and individuals.
Art has successfully litigated employment cases in both state and federal courts and regularly appears before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (PHRC), and the Erie County Human Relations Commission (ECHRC).
Effective November 3, 2025, Art will join Leech Tishman’s Labor & Employment team, operating out of the firm’s Erie office. The combination will bring Leech Tishman’s team to over 145 lawyers and more than 240 total personnel, operating in eight major markets across the country.
