Leech Tishman is pleased to welcome attorney Barbara J. Riesberg to the firm as Partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
Barbara focuses her practice on complex business and real estate litigation. She handles a broad range of commercial matters, including shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant and non-compete matters, securities-related disputes, receiverships, commercial foreclosures, property development disputes, and other real estate litigation. Barbara also has experience in municipal law matters, including the representation of municipalities and developers.
Effective April 1, 2026, Barbara will join Leech Tishman’s existing Miami/Fort Lauderdale office, further strengthening the firm’s full-service commercial legal platform in South Florida and nationally. Barbara joins a team of over 150 lawyers and more than 250 total personnel, operating in eight major markets across the country.
