The following is a list of publicly available documents regarding the Benedict Hills’ fight for new departure procedures from Hollywood Burbank Airport and Van Nuys Airport that would lessen the noise on the San Fernando Valley. Please note, there are additional relevant documents that the FAA prepared as part of its mediation with Benedict Hills. However, despite Benedict Hills’ repeated and frequent requests for the release of all such documents, the FAA has refused to make those documents public.
