Hospitality, Restaurant and Bar Industry COVID-19 Resource Center
Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (“COVID-19”) pandemic earlier in 2020, federal and state legislators have been working to draft and pass legislation to help the beleaguered hospitality, restaurant, and bar industry, as well as, of course, many other affected industries. Their efforts already have resulted in the passage of certain legislation that has benefitted financially this industry. Legislative efforts are still on-going at both the federal and state levels to deliver more economic relief. Information about certain of these efforts is provided below.
Not only are Leech Tishman’s attorneys carefully monitoring these developments, they also stand ready to help businesses in this industry craft, propose, oppose, or otherwise address such necessary legislation. Navigating the legislative and political processes can be challenging, but Leech Tishman’s attorneys have years of experience doing just that – which, combined with their special understanding of this particular industry’s needs, enables them to help clients in the hospitality, restaurant, and bar industry obtain the results they seek.
