Leech Tishman, LLC has an immediate opening for a full-time Corporate/Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join the corporate/real estate practice in its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of solid corporate/real estate experience in a law firm setting and will demonstrate the following competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong client-service orientation;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to produce a high-quality work product;
- Ability to work within deadlines and work on multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work well with others in a diverse team environment.
Must have experience working with general business transaction documents, including: mergers, acquisitions and related due diligence, entity formation, capital structuring, contracts, leases and loans. Advanced skills in computer technology, specifically Microsoft Word (redlining, versions, PDF to Word, advanced formatting), Excel, and Outlook required. Experience with preparation and maintenance of closing binders, minute books, all corporate records required. Experience with ProLaw a plus. We offer competitive salary and benefits.
