On September 15, 2016, Royal Flush, Inc. (“Royal Flush”) filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”) in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (the “Bankruptcy Court”) at Bankruptcy Case No. 16-23458 (the “Bankruptcy Case”). The Debtor is represented by the law firm of Calaiaro Valencik. The Debtor continues to operate its businesses and manage its properties as a debtor-in-possession.

The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Royal Flush, Inc. (the “Committee”) was appointed by the United States Trustee on October 20, 2016. The Committee is comprised of the following creditors: (1) Jacobs Petroleum Products, Inc.; (2) Guttman Energy, Inc.; (3) E&R Energy; (4) Hunter Truck Sales & Service, Inc.; and (5) Kimble Company. The Committee has retained Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl, LLC as its bankruptcy counsel. This website is intended to provide general information about the status of the Bankruptcy Case in accordance with the Committee’s obligation to share information with general unsecured creditors pursuant to Section 1102(b)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code.
