Leech Tishman is pleased to welcome attorney David Chao to the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group.
David focuses his practice on healthcare litigation, government investigations, and white-collar defense. He represents healthcare businesses, providers, and executives in matters involving healthcare fraud and abuse, federal and state criminal investigations, civil False Claims Act allegations, internal investigations, and related regulatory proceedings.
Effective April 13, 2026, David will join Leech Tishman’s Los Angeles team, operating out of the firm’s Westwood office. The combination will bring Leech Tishman’s team to over 150 lawyers and more than 250 total personnel, operating in eight major markets across the country.
