Administering an Estate in PA

Leech Tishman Estates & Trusts Practice Group partner Matthew Rak will be presenting at a Pennsylvania Bar Institute seminar, “Administering an Estate in PA.” The seminar will provide attendees with an overview of the process of administering a decedent’s estate involving:
- Collecting all assets
- Locating all creditors
- Paying all debts
- Paying all applicable taxes
- Distributing the remaining assets to the persons entitled to inherit
