On Monday, February 26, Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Counsel James K. Paulick will speak at the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s webinar entitled, “Recent Trends in Class Action Risk in the Use of Website Analytics and Chat Bots.”
This program is a practical analysis of a recent trend of class action suits brought in California under its wiretap act otherwise known as CIPA. Paulick will go into how these cases came about, what businesses it can impact, how much of an impact, and what can be done to avoid the risk. This program is currently eligible for 1 CLE credit in CA.
