Leech Tishman Attorneys to Present Webinar on Deferred Compensation & Creative Tax Planning for Employers

Leech Tishman will be hosting a one-hour webinar on deferred compensation and creative tax planning strategies for employers to minimize tax consequences for your executive staff.
Under the new Biden administration, employers are anticipating a number of tax increases and other changes to the executive benefits landscape. Many employers are exploring creative tax planning strategies to minimize tax consequences for their executives.
Anticipating these changes, Leech Tishman hired a nationally renowned expert in the field of employee benefits in early 2021, Bruce J. McNeil. He is considered one of the country’s foremost authorities on tax-qualified plans, executive and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, as well as the tax aspects of equity, phantom equity and employee benefits litigation.
Philip A. Toomey, Leech Tishman’s National Employment & Labor Chair will moderate this webinar. During the webinar, Bruce will be joined by Eric J. Wu of the Employment & Labor Practice Group to examine topics including:
- Section 401(k) plans
