Leech Tishman Estates & Trusts Attorneys to Present CLE to the Allegheny County Bar Association Probate and Trust Section

On Thursday, April 20, Leech Tishman Estates & Trusts Attorneys Stefanie L. Pate and Michelle A. Ross will present a CLE entitled, “Inheritance Taxes: Advising Snowbirds Who Fly South,” to the Probate and Trust Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA). The presentation will delve into the intricacies surrounding Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax and how to best to advise your clients should they wish to change domicile to another state, in an effort to avoid Pennsylvania Inheritance Taxes and will include the following:

• 15-minute refresher on inheritance tax and PA requirements, and
• 30-minute discussion on how best to advise your clients to change domicile to FL and the steps involved,
• Leaving a 10-minute window for the Q&A session.
