Leech Tishman Estates & Trusts Chair and Partner David J. DelFiandra will be presenting a webinar at the Financial Planning Association of Pittsburgh‘s 13th Annual Financial Planning Four’um. His webinar is entitled, “SECURE ACT and Elections: Estate and Charitable Planning.”
This session will examine the current climate regarding estate/gift tax planning, proposed budget reconciliation legislation for 2022, and major changes under the SECURE Act. During this session, Dave will also discuss:
