Leech Tishman Employment & Labor Partner Lisa Alexis Jones will be presenting a seminar on “Diversity & Inclusion in the Legal Workplace” as part of Leech Tishman’s Fall Employment & Labor Group Offsite Retreat.

During this seminar, attendees will learn about general issues involving diversity & inclusion in the workplace, how implicit/unconscious bias undermines diversity in the workplace, how to identify unconscious bias, benefits and business rationale for diversity in the legal workplace, risks associated with implicit bias in the legal workplace, and disrupting barriers to diversity and inclusion/managing resistance.
