Leech Tishman Partner Robyn B. Sokol to Participate in American Bankruptcy Institute Bankruptcy Battleground West

Leech Tishman Business Restructuring & Insolvency Partner Robyn B. Sokol will be serving as a panelist at the “Crossfire” Panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Bankruptcy Battleground West Conference. Robyn is also the Chair of this panel.

This panel will be conducted in the format of the TV show “Crossfire” and will address three “hot” or “interesting” bankruptcy issues that are not being addressed in the other sessions. At the conclusion of each discussion, attendees will have an opportunity to vote on how they believe the issue should be resolved.
