Leech Tishman Sponsors 2024 ABA Forum on Construction Law in Pittsburgh

Leech Tishman is an annual sponsor of the ABA Forum on Construction Law. This year, Leech Tishman will sponsor the Forum’s first-ever event in Pittsburgh for the 2024 Fall Meeting, which will focus entirely on design. The Forum, titled The Built Environment: Drawing on Design, will cover key topics of interest, including the design process from early conceptual stages and beyond, contract negotiation, the standard of care (which is not perfect), the latest trends in design-build, BIM, and understanding the details of professional liability insurance.
