Event Description

Even conflict resolution gurus are not immune to the world of senseless violence. Roundtable covers strategies to make one’s workplace safe as well as responsive tactics when violence comes to you. Remaining safe is often contrary to our instincts to help others. How does one balance instinctual reaction to self-preservation? Based on an Association of Conflict Resolution Taskforce on Safety in ADR report, “ADR Safety Planning: Recommended Guidance.”
