Standard vs. As-Is Contracts

Real Estate partner Wanda Pistella will be participating in a Keller Williams Classic Group seminar entitled, “Standard vs. As-Is Contracts.” During this seminar, Wanda will extensively review the differences between these two contracts. Agents will gain an understanding as to why one version of the contract may be better than the other for their clients.
Attendees will:
- Learn the key differences between the standard contract and the as-is contract
- Understand the Seller repair obligation
- Learn how to effectively utilize either contract to aid your buyer in presenting a strong offer
- Learn how to effectively utilize either contract to limit your seller’s obligations
