At LT, we enjoy a collegial and entrepreneurial atmosphere, and we believe in the personal and professional growth of our employees. We recognize that a strong, interconnected, collaborative workforce has been at the heart of Leech Tishman’s success and growth. 

Over a decade ago, we organized a biannual retreat experience for our attorneys, designed to foster relationship-building and strategic collaboration across offices and practice groups. Post-pandemic, this grew into an all-employee experience and was officially coined “ELEVATE.”

LT Gives Back

Through the LT Gives Back program, a firm philanthropic initiative designed to raise funds, volunteer time, and increase awareness for charitable organizations in communities across the nation, we participate in annual volunteer and fundraising efforts for various non-profit organizations. Over the years, we have supported diverse groups and initiatives, with a focus on food insecurity, children, education, and social causes.

HEALTH + WELLNESS

At Leech Tishman, we believe that investing in our employees’ physical and mental wellness is critical to maintaining a positive work environment. We engage in various wellness-related initiatives, including a monthly gym stipend, fresh fruit delivery, access to a mental health employee assistance program, and a subscription to a mindfulness app.
