Leech Tishman Nelson Hardiman is pleased to announce the election of Tara A. Davidoff as a new partner of the firm. Davidoff is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Davidoff joined the firm from UCLA, having spent more than a decade as a member of UCLA’s Technology Development Group, where she advised on medical research and development, drafting and negotiating agreements with biotech and pharmaceutical companies, and facilitating groundbreaking advancements. Since joining Leech Tishman Nelson Hardiman, her deep understanding of healthcare legal challenges, data protection issues, and intellectual property rights has enabled her to provide comprehensive legal counsel and support to healthcare and life sciences clients, as well as foster key partnerships between academia and industry leaders. “Tara’s experience as a technology-focused practitioner in the life sciences/academia, as well as her experience as a litigator in public service, helps her solve some of our clients’ most complex problems,” commented Nelson.
