Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that Business Restructuring & Insolvency Partner, Michael P. Kruszewski, is now admitted to practice in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
In addition to Pennsylvania, Kruszewski is also licensed in the District of Columbia, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Western Districts of Pennsylvania and New York, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Kruszewski focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters, business reorganizations and restructurings, turnarounds and workouts, bankruptcy litigation, and mediation.
