Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that Business Restructuring and Insolvency Partner David W. Lampl has been admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Lampl is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, and he is also admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Additionally, he is licensed to appear before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Lampl is highly regarded for the major role he has played in numerous local and national high profile cases involving Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings. Over the course of his career, Lampl has served as lead counsel on behalf of banks, creditors’ committees, and debtor companies in a wide variety of complex bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.
