Leaves of Absence
Once you welcome your workforce back into the workplace, there will inevitably be issues related to employee leaves of absence, including employees who lack adequate childcare, need to take care of a sick family member, or become sick themselves. Employers must comply with the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and prepare for potential Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) issues.
