Alan M. Kindred is a Partner at Leech Tishman and a member of the Intellectual Property and Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. Alan is based in the Pasadena and Upland offices, and focuses his practice on intellectual property, including trademark and copyrights, litigation and international business and trade.
Danton K. Mak is a Partner at Leech Tishman and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group and co-leads the International Group. Danton is based in Leech Tishman’s Pasadena office and focuses his practice in all aspects of intellectual property and related business and corporate counseling, including M&A and inbound investments.
Douglas H. Morseburg is a Partner at Leech Tishman and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Doug is based in Leech Tishman’s Pasadena office and specializes in litigation, counseling and licensing with respect to matters involving trademarks, copyrights, patents, unfair trade practices, theft of trade secrets and false advertising.
Cristina Perez is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group where she leads the Immigration Group. She is based in the Pasadena, California office. Cristina is a successful lawyer, three-time Emmy Award winning television personality, radio host, speaker, entrepreneur/business owner, national author, and featured columnist.
Ivan Posey is a partner at Leech Tishman and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Ivan is based in Leech Tishman’s Pasadena office and focuses his practice on patents, trademark and copyrights, litigation, and business and commercial contracts and licensing.
Steven M. Taber is a Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group, where he co-leads the Environmental Group. He is also a member of the Litigation Practice Group, where he focuses on commercial matters. Steve also leads the firm’s Aviation & Aerospace Industry Group. He is based in Leech Tishman’s Pasadena office and regularly advises clients on environmental law, aviation and airport development law matters, corporate legal issues, complex litigation and intellectual property law. He brings a wealth of knowledge to these seemingly disparate areas of practice through his experience as a government attorney, an in-house counsel, and an attorney in private practice.
