Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the elections of Jonathan P. Fodi, Alexander J. Gase, Alysia L. Libby, and Clement Yee as new partners of the firm. In addition, Leech Tishman partners William A. Buck and Wanda Pistella were reelected to serve another two-year term on the firm’s Management Committee, where they will continue to oversee firm governance, strategic planning, and daily operational issues for the firm. William and Wanda join existing Management Committee members, Pete A. Fuscaldo (Managing Partner), David V. Weicht, and John M. Steiner.
Jonathan P. Fodi is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, he is also a member of the White-Collar Defense Group. Fodi is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, where he focuses his practice on federal and state criminal defense, internal corporate investigations, compliance consulting and regulatory review, and complex civil litigation.
Alexander J. Gase is a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice Group, he is also a member of the Tax Group, the Nonprofits & Tax Exemption Organization Group and the Cannabis Industry Group. Gase is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, where he advises clients on international, federal and state tax planning and tax controversy matters, as well as corporate and transactional matters for domestic and international companies.
Alysia L. Libby is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Libby is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, where her practice primarily involves drafting a variety of different corporate and real estate documents and conducting due diligence reviews.
Clement Yee is a member of the firm’s Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group. Yee is based in Leech Tishman’s New York office, where his practice focuses mainly on Chapter 11 business reorganizations, including asset sales and the confirmation of complex plans of reorganizations.
William A. Buck serves as Chair of the Corporate Practice Group, where he also co-leads the General Counsel and Secured Transaction Groups. Buck is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, where he advises clients primarily on corporate and commercial law, providing outside general counsel to middle-market clients on business operations, mergers and acquisitions, and structuring strategic business relationships.
Wanda Pistella is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group where she leads the Transactional Residential Group. Pistella is based in Leech Tishman’s Lakewood Ranch office, where she regularly advises clients in the area of residential and commercial real estate and business and corporate transactions.
