Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the election of MacKenzie F. Grills, John M. Haschak and James K. Paulick as new partners of the firm. In addition, the firm’s equity partners elected four new members to serve on Leech Tishman’s Management Committee for the 2026-27 term: Harry J. Nelson, Francesca M. Schiavone, Alexander J. Reyes and William A. Rome.
Nelson and Schiavone will serve two-year terms on the Management Committee, commencing January 1, 2026. Reyes and Rome will each serve one-year terms beginning the same date. The Management Committee is responsible for firm governance, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring the firm provides superior legal representation to our clients. Pete A. Fuscaldo, John M. Steiner (Ex Officio) and David V. Weicht (Ex Officio) round out the remaining committee members.
Grills, Haschak and Paulick previously served the firm as Counsel. Their elevation to partner reflects their professional achievements and contributions to the firm’s success.
Grills is a member of the Family Law and Litigation Practice Groups, and also handles criminal defense matters. She splits her time between the firm’s Pittsburgh and State College offices.
Haschak is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. He divides his time between the State College and Pittsburgh offices and focuses his practice on real estate law, land development and commercial leasing, and real estate finance.
Paulick is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office and is a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity, Litigation and Corporate Groups. He advises clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters and handles related litigation.
