Leech Tishman Alternative Dispute Resolution Group Leader Sally Griffith Cimini Nominated as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation

PITTSBURGH, PA – May 5, 2023 – Leech Tishman is proud to announce firm partner Sally Griffith Cimini has been nominated as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). Cimini was nominated by her fellow peers for demonstrating outstanding leadership in the legal profession and service to society.

The Fellows of the ABF comprise a global honorary society of lawyers, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars. Membership is limited to one percent of licensed U.S. lawyers and a limited number of international lawyers. To become a Fellow, a candidate is recommended by their peers and approved by the Board of the ABF. Fellows provide financial support to sustain the ABF’s scholarship and promote ABF research to the legal profession and other parties who will benefit from the findings. Fellows are also invited to provide input for early-stage ABF research projects.

Cimini is a Partner in Leech Tishman’s Litigation Practice Group, where she leads the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group. She is also a member of the Employment & Labor Practice Group, where she leads the Workplace Investigation and Discipline Group. Cimini is based in the Pittsburgh office, and is highly regarded for her experience in the areas of alternative dispute resolution and employment and labor law. Previously part of the firm’s Management Committee and former Chair of the Employment & Labor Group, Cimini is a strong and influential leader as well as a well-respected consensus builder and collaborator. Cimini is also a Fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers. She is a three-time recipient of the Best Lawyers Pittsburgh Mediator of the Year recognition, has been named a Top 50 Women Pennsylvania Super Lawyer & Pittsburgh’s Top 50 Super Lawyer by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Magazine. Cimini is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated Attorney and is part of the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.
