Leech Tishman Employment & Labor Chair and Partner Philip A. Toomey along with Attorney Leah K. Sell were published in the Pittsburgh Business Times in an article titled, “Lawyers say employers need to comply with vaccine-test mandate.”

This article comes in response to last week’s lifting of the stay on large employers’ requirements on vaccination and testing. Toomey and Sell argue that this means companies should be well into complying with the Covid-19 rules from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration or risk massive fines.
