PITTSBURGH, PA – June 6, 2022 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce that attorney Michelle A. Ross was recently nominated to a three-year term as a Zone 12 Delegate of Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) House of Delegates. Ross’ term commenced on May 13, 2022 and is scheduled to expire at the conclusion of the 2025 Annual Meeting.
As a Zone 12 Delegate, Ross will be responsible for helping to set the policy of PBA for Allegheny County. The House of Delegates, created in 1966, is the body charged with setting the policy of PBA. All voting rights of PBA members are exercised through the House, including the right to vote on matters affecting the substance and administration of PBA policy, on amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, or the Bylaws. The House also has the authority to judge the election and qualifications of its own members, controls all membership dues, and approves increases.
Ross is Counsel with Leech Tishman and a member of the Estates & Trusts Practice Group. She is also a member of the Litigation and Tax Practice Groups. Michelle is based in the Pittsburgh office where she focuses her practice on estates and trusts planning and administration, elder law and guardianships, and various other Orphans’ Court fiduciary litigation.
