Leech Tishman Elects Robert A. Orozco as New Partner; William A. Buck and Wanda Pistella Join Management Committee

PITTSBURGH, PA – January 5, 2022 – Leech Tishman is pleased to announce the election of Robert A. Orozco (Los Angeles) as a new partner of the firm. In addition, Leech Tishman partners William (“Bill”) A. Buck (Pittsburgh) and Wanda Pistella (Lakewood Ranch, FL) have joined the firm’s Management Committee, where they will oversee firm governance, strategic planning, and daily operational issues for the firm. Bill and Wanda join existing Management Committee members, Pete A. Fuscaldo (Managing Partner), John M. Steiner (Chief Operating Officer) and David J. DelFiandra.

Robert A. Orozco is a member of the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group, where he focuses on Workplace Safety/OSHA. Orozco is based in Leech Tishman’s LAX/El Segundo office and regularly represents employers in workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counseling. Orozco counsels employers on wage/hour class actions, including appeals; complex civil matters, including whistleblower claims involving government contracts; internal investigations; disciplinary hearings; trials and arbitrations, including but not limited to: Title VII, FEHA, sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, ADA, FMLA, CFRA, B&P 17200, HIPAA, wage/hour, and other matters.

William A. Buck is a member of the Corporate Practice Group where he co-leads the General Counsel and Secured Transaction Groups and is a member of the Tax Group. Buck is based in the Pittsburgh office, where he advises clients primarily on corporate and commercial law, providing outside general counsel to middle-market clients on business operations, mergers and acquisitions, structuring strategic business relationships, and intellectual property matters. Buck also provides counsel to clients in federal and state tax planning, tax controversy matters, and acquisition tax planning.

Wanda Pistella is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group where she leads the Transactional Residential Group. Pistella is based in Leech Tishman’s Lakewood Ranch office, where she regularly advises clients in the area of residential and commercial real estate and business and corporate transactions. Pistella is an accomplished real estate attorney and a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida. She has a strong background in real estate, business and corporate law, including purchase and sale transactions, residential and commercial lending and leasing, and general business and corporate transactions.
