David Lampl has been recognized in the Bankruptcy and Creditor – Debtor Rights Law / Insolvency and Reorganization Law category. David is highly regarded for the major role he has played in numerous local and national high profile cases involving Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings. Over the course of his career, David has served as lead counsel on behalf of banks, creditors’ committees and debtor companies in a wide variety of complex bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters. David serves as Co-Chair of Leech Tishman’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group in the firm’s Pittsburgh office.
Wesley Yang has been recognized in the Tax Law category. Wesley is well known for his experience in complex corporate and tax law matters. As a tax attorney and Certified Public Accountant, Wesley has more than 37 years of broad experience in estate planning and administration, asset protection planning, corporate and partnership taxation, international taxation, captive insurance companies and management succession planning for closely held businesses. He specializes in the areas of income tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals and owners of closely held businesses. Wesley is Chair of the firm’s Taxation Practice Group.
