The selection process for Super Lawyers is conducted annually on a state-by-state basis, using a blend of peer nominations, independent research, and peer evaluations. Each candidate is assessed on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Only five percent of licensed attorneys are selected for Super Lawyers, while just 2.5 percent are recognized as Rising Stars.

Michael P. Kruszewski is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Business Restructuring & Insolvency Practice Group. He is based in the firm’s Erie office. He focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters, business reorganizations and restructurings, turnarounds and workouts, bankruptcy litigation, and mediation. Kruszewski regularly represents corporate debtors, secured creditors, unsecured creditor committees, and individuals in business reorganization proceedings.
Heather S. Heidelbaugh is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. She is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. With more than 40 years of experience as a trial lawyer, Heidelbaugh regularly handles litigation matters for businesses and individuals regionally and nationally.
Gregory F. Suher is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation Practice Group. He is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where he focuses his practice on family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, spousal support, and protection from abuse matters. With more than 30 years of experience, he regularly represents individuals and families in complex domestic relations matters, including high-net-worth divorce cases.
David V. Weicht is a Partner with Leech Tishman based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. He currently serves as General Counsel for the firm and is Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group. Weicht handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters and has practiced across a broad range of industries for more than 30 years.

She also has experience handling residential real estate matters.
Rebeca Himena Sekinger is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. She is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, where she focuses her practice on litigation matters and works with clients across a variety of industries on complex legal disputes.
Michelle A. Ross is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Trusts & Estates and Litigation Practice Groups.
