Sally Griffith Cimini chairs the firm’s Employment and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. Based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, Sally is highly regarded for her experience in the areas of employment law and alternative dispute resolution. For many years, Sally served on the firm’s Management Committee. Sally has over 32 years of experience devoted exclusively to counseling and litigating on behalf of private and public sector employers in all aspects of the employment relationship, from hiring through termination.
Heather S. Heidelbaugh is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. An experienced trial lawyer, Heather is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office and has handled a wide variety of litigation matters for businesses and individuals. Heather focuses her practice on all types of litigation. She is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America, a national legal honorary society. Heather is a well-known public commentator on issues related to politics, law and elections.
Steven D. Irwin chairs the firm’s Government Relations Practice Group, and is also a member of the Corporate, Employment and Litigation Practice Groups. He has extensive experience handling business matters, where he routinely interacts with government bodies and counsels high-level management, defending against or asserting allegations of fraudulent conduct. Steve is a past member of the Management Committee, which he served on for more than a decade.
David W. Lampl co-chairs the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group. David is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, where he is highly regarded for the major role he has played in numerous local and national high-profile cases involving Chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings. Over the course of his career, David has served as lead counsel on behalf of banks, creditors’ committees and debtor companies in a wide variety of complex bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters.
Matt Rak is a member of the Estates & Trusts Practice Group. He is based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Matt is also a member of the Corporate, Energy, Real Estate and Taxation Practice Groups. Matt focuses his practice on advising families and closely-held business owners on estate planning and other personal client services.
David Weicht chairs the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. David is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office. He is an experienced litigator and has handled a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters across a range of industries for over 20 years. David’s practice includes representation of both businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex contract issues, corporate ownership, business acquisitions, oil and gas, bankruptcy, estates and trusts, insurance coverage, real estate and civil rights.
Rising Stars
Jessica K. Albert practices in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, Jessica’s practice focuses mainly on litigating state and federal cases, including complex civil litigation covering a broad range of legal matters such as ADA Title III class actions, civil rights, construction defects, breach of contract issues, negligence, fraud and insurance coverage. She is also well-versed in employment litigation. Jessica regularly counsels clients in OSHA compliance and litigates contested citations.
Leah Sell is a member of the firm’s Employment, Corporate and Litigation Practice Groups. Based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, Leah focuses her practice in the areas of employment counseling and defense and corporate transactions. Leah supports many Pittsburgh area start-ups, business owners, employers and managers in the development and protection of their interests and assets.
