David Weicht chairs the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Dave is based in the Pittsburgh office, where he handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters as an experienced litigator and across a wide range of industries for over 20 years. David’s practice includes representation of both businesses and individuals in disputes involving complex contract issues, corporate ownership, business acquisitions, oil and gas, bankruptcy, estates and trusts, insurance coverage, real estate and civil rights.

Leah Sell is a member of the firm’s Employment & Labor, Corporate and Litigation Practice Groups. Based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, Leah focuses her practice in the areas of employment counseling and defense and corporate transactions. Leah supports many Pittsburgh area start-ups, business owners, employers and managers in the development and protection of their interests and assets.
Julia Wu is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate practice groups. Julia is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office where she focuses her practice in the areas of corporate, business and real estate law. She represents and advises a variety of clients in an array of matters ranging from entity formation and asset protection to exit strategies. On the real estate side, Julia represents landowners, real estate developers and entrepreneurs in real estate matters including negotiating, drafting, analyzing and administering commercial lease agreements, amendments and buildout agreements for retail, warehouse and office use.
