Leech Tishman Lawyers Recognized as 2021 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers

Sally Griffith Cimini is a Partner in Leech Tishman’s Litigation Practice Group, where she leads the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group. She is also a member of the Employment & Labor Practice Group, where she leads the Workplace Investigation and Discipline Group. Sally is based in the Pittsburgh office, and is highly regarded for her experience in the areas of alternative dispute resolution and employment and labor law. Sally is a former Management Committee member and former Chair of the Employment & Labor Group, where she demonstrated her strong leadership skills as a well-respected consensus builder and collaborator.

Heather S. Heidelbaugh is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation Practice Group, where she co-leads the Commercial Litigation Group, the Defamation, Libel & Slander Group, and the Product Liability Defense Group. She is also a member of the Corporate Practice Group, where she co-leads the Government Relations Group. An experienced trial lawyer, Heather is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office and has handled a wide variety of litigation matters for businesses and individuals. Heather is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Litigation Counsel of America, a national legal honorary society.

John J. Jacko, III is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Employment & Labor and Litigation Practice Groups. John is based in the Philadelphia office, where he represents clients in the areas of business and commercial litigation, banking and creditor’s rights law, and consultant negligence.

David V. Weicht is a Partner with Leech Tishman and Chair of the Litigation Practice Group. Dave is based in the Pittsburgh office, where he handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters as an experienced litigator and across a wide range of industries for over 20 years.

Leah Sell is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group. Based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office, Leah regularly advises clients in the areas of employment counseling and defense and corporate transactions.

Julia Wu is an Associate in Leech Tishman’s Real Estate Practice Group. Julia is based in Leech Tishman’s Pittsburgh office where she focuses her practice in the areas of corporate, business, and real estate law.
