Heather S. Heidelbaugh is a Partner with Leech Tishman and a member of the Litigation Practice Group, where she co-leads the Commercial Litigation Group, the Defamation, Libel & Slander Group, and the Product Liability Defense Group. Heidelbaugh co-leads the Government Relations Group and is also a member of the Entertainment Industry Group. Heidelbaugh is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled a wide variety of litigation matters for businesses and individuals. She is also a well-known public commentator on issues related to politics, law, and elections.
David V. Weicht is a Partner with Leech Tishman and Co-Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, where he leads the Appellate Group and the Shareholder/Equity Disputes Group, and co-leads the Commercial Litigation Group. Weicht handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters as an experienced litigator and across a wide range of industries for over 30 years.
Rising Stars
Michelle A. Ross is Counsel with Leech Tishman and a member of the Estates and Trusts Practice Group. She is also a member of the Litigation and Tax Practice Groups. Ross focuses her practice on estates and trusts planning and administration, elder law and guardianships, and various other Orphans’ Court fiduciary litigation.
Francesca M. Schiavone is a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group where she co-leads the Women/Minority-Owned Business Group and the Commercial Contracts Group, and also leads the firm’s Start-Up Services Group. She is also a member of the Insurance Coverage Group, Cannabis Industry Group and Life Sciences Industry Group. Her practice involves counseling clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions, business planning and structuring, real estate transactional matters, including commercial and residential sales, acquisitions and leases, and dealing with a multitude of general corporate governance matters.
Leah K. Sell is an Associate with Leech Tishman and a member of the firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group, as well as the Start-up Services Group. She is also a member of the Life Sciences Industry Group. Sell regularly advises clients in the areas of employment counseling and defense and corporate transactions.
Julia Wu is an Associate in Leech Tishman’s Real Estate Practice Group. Wu focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactional matters. She advises clients on a variety of commercial real estate areas, including acquisition, ownership, disposition, financing, development, and leasing. In addition, Wu advises clients on ownership and investment structures which often requires her to work in conjunction with Leech Tishman’s Corporate Practice Group on real estate related private offerings, securities regulations, and corporate governance.
